Refund Policy

Part of our SPO's Mission is to institute and regulate the game of slo-pitch softball, and to protect and promote the mutual interests of all Association Members. If you are not satisfied with our Member Services, require assistance, or have any questions or concerns regarding your SPO Membership, we encourage you to contact the SPO Office directly.

Membership Refunds must be requested by email to spoa@slopitch.org and within seven (7) days of SPO's receipt of the original payment. Refunds will be issued by cheque or back to the method of payment used (to be determined by SPO in its sole discretion), provided no Member Services have been used (including commencement of play), and are subject to an administration fee of twenty percent (20%). All Member Services would be cancelled as of the date of creation of the SPO Order.
